The Psychological Support Services 

Service Description  

The Psychology Service at St. Ignatius College specialises in assessing the learning and socio-emotional needs of students attending our schools. It provides recommendations to parents and schools on the educational provisions required to meet the students’ needs such as individual adult support, alternative learning methods, and psychological therapy. Furthermore, the psychology team offers consultations about development and behaviour to enable students to achieve their full potential within the educational setting. Members of the psychological team at St. Ignatius College are:  

  • Ms. Lara Gauci (Psychology Practitioner) 
  • Mr. David Brincat (Psychology Assistant)  
  • Ms. Martha Cutajar Penza (Psychology Assistant)  

The service operates through a referral system.
